Laura is a calming and patient teacher. I had been very nervous about starting yoga as I didn’t feel confident in my abilities and she was extremely attentive, making the process comfortable and enjoyable! My progress came much quicker than I thought and impacted me positively, not only physically but mentally. Her breathwork tools are also something that I also use to calm myself and continuously try meditation too. She has a wealth of knowledge and is able to adapt her classes from beginners to advanced. I highly recommend and very grateful to have started my sessions with her!
