Guided by inspiring teachers and continuously, by my amazing mentor, I’ve completed over a thousand hours of teacher training, earning certification as an RYT-500h instructor. Currently, I’m pursuing a four-year yoga therapy certification with Svastha Yoga Centre, led by the Mohans, direct students of Krishnamacharya. Additionally, I’m expanding my skills through a year-long Compassionate Inquiry Professional Training with Gabor Maté and Sat Dharam Kaur.
Beyond yoga, I find joy in life’s simple pleasures like savouring hot drinks, taking nature walks, and cherishing moments with loved ones. I like to partake in regular silent meditation retreats as well as continued practices to continue my personal healing and growth processes. My journey with yoga has equipped me with invaluable tools for self-regulation, personal growth, and accessing inner peace.

Laura is a calming and patient teacher. I had been very nervous about starting yoga as I didn’t feel confident in my abilities and she was extremely attentive, making the process comfortable and enjoyable! My progress came much quicker than I thought and impacted me positively, not only physically but mentally. Her breathwork tools are also something that I also use to calm myself and continuously try meditation too. She has a wealth of knowledge and is able to adapt her classes from beginners to advanced. I highly recommend and very grateful to have started my sessions with her!
Doing online private sessions with Laura has been so awesome 🙂 I love the effort and the chill this hour brings me, yoga has never been so enjoyable for me, I highly recommend trying a lesson to see if you get hooked !
Laura is a great teacher! She constantly adapts her class based on how I feel in my body without losing track of my objectives. She is a nice encouraging person, explains well and makes sure I am learning correctly.

Laura Rose Yoga has become a safe place for me to find peace and ground myself.
